Abstract EN

The aimed of this study is to determine the extance of applying the basis of changing management and their impact on the success of changing management in skikda port company; spss program used to analyze sample of(109) questionnaire directed to employees and manager’s of the port company o meas we impact of the basis the changing management.

The results show that the applying of basis of the changing management was middle; on average (2.77); and the existence of statistical significant impact on the success of changing management.

And regarding variables related to sample’s individuals, it shows an impact statistically significant on the level of applying the basis of changing management
