Abstract EN

In this study, we have addressed the subject of green Sukuk as a new Islamic financial tool interesting the investment in the environmentally-friendly and socially responsible projects.

We have tried to highlight its role in adopting the sustainable development concept in Malaysia, through its characteristics, principles and the ability to collect the necessary funds for green development projects.

Finally, we have concluded that it plays a significant role in adopting the sustainable development concept in concerning the main three dimensions: economic, social and environmental.
