Abstract EN

This study aims at recognizing the degree of Zarqa University students' awareness of the national unity concepts.

The population consists of all zarqa university students estimated by 5400from all the le\>els of study.

A sample of 7oo students from both genders was randomly selected.

The questionnaire consists of two parts: the first part is general information and the second part is composed of 43 items covering the following fields: (the concept of the national unity, the constituents of the national unity and the consolidations of the national unity.).

The study showed that the degree of zarqa students’ awareness of the national unity as a whole was great.

The study also showed that there are no statistically significant differences between the responses according to the gender and the study year variables in all the fields of study.

In the light of the results, the researcher offered some recommendations.
