Abstract EN

This study attempts to cover the shifts in the Arabic mental aesthetics based on the theories of aesthetics by focusing on the value of Galilee in the Pre-Islam and Islam poetry: the aesthetics of manhood.

The scale of this study is narrowed down to such aesthetics due to the limited availability of this study.

Oddly enough, it is interesting to consider the ability of Pre-Islam poets to distinguish the aesthetic value of Galilee, where there were many images according to the perspectives of an aesthetic of great distinction between masculinity embodied by the poor and were consistent with the concept of masculinity and aesthetics, but are different from the aesthetics of masculinity in the tribe, which is distinct from masculinity that constitute leadership and nobility.

The Pre-Islam poets painted poetic images, which indicate the aesthetic differences of the value of Galilee, as this indicate aesthetic awareness.

Moreover, the emergence of Islam influenced all facets of life including aesthetic taste and awareness.

Thus, Islam poets tried to embody these mental shifts, mainly the images of masculinity.

An attempt that shifts between success and failure due to the prevailing influence of Pre-Islam aesthetics.
