Abstract EN

The media play a positive role in heling to achieve these plans and development goals in developing countries as an important part of the development of national, and its relation to the social order and political and economic community within which they operate, where they may become successful sustainable development plans depend on positive participation of the productive forces through the media planned, and its role in education and awareness and education, which requires the preparation of information policies and national set priorities and drraw means to achieve the desired objectives from the media does not produce development, but paves the way to it, and that media bad could disrupt the development process in all its stages, and starts this role of evolution based between the media and the development of perspective, which believes that knowledge is not a separate element of physical reality which is secreted through constant interaction with them, and that this relationship between thought and action is that clarify and define the from of the link between them.

Thus, the researcher analyzed (724) subject journalists came materials in major Arab newspapers daily (Al-Ahram, A1-Qabas, the Khaleej, the al sahaphy, and alSafir) on sustainable development issues in the countries or the Arab world in the period from 2005/2007, which represents the culmination or events development in Arab region, and one of the main findings of the study that human development on the agenda of Arab newspapers daily generally a percentage (25.7%) also came the newspaper "al-Safir newspapr" Top atrtention on the level of Arab newspapers daily with a rate of (37.4%), as topped newspaper Tunisian al sahapha list Arab newspapers daily attention political development with a rate of (32.2%), while came newspaper Khaleej Times at the forefront of the Arab media attention to the issue of social development with a rate (310/0).

while the newspaper Qabas topped Arab newspapers daily when asked development of cultural and educational rate (9.5%), as it came nerspaper Khaleej Imes is the most addressed and attention to the issue of economic the issue of Administrative Development and the rate of (10.2%).

At the end or the study calls ror the researcher need to provide information to residents about development and condition of success and how to spend public money and explain laws and simplify procedures through stimulate and expand the dialogue and opportunity for people to express their opinions and ideas regarding each government projects, as well as listen to their words and taking statements and poinions Abenue of them, and achieve principle equitable participation of all countries in the globalization foberned by the free movement of human resources and technologies as well as the free flow of capital, products and services, and the adoption of a code of conduct for business mutlinationls, and controls to ensure the now and encourage foreign direct investment in line with the priorities and needs or regional and local Arab countries, as well as the need for a Level Media specialist and that by relying on granduates media and the press and provide administrative staff neede to prepare media programs sense media developemt the same lovel of technical, management and the level of competence and ability, and edit the authority to intervene and censorship (state money) and create a suitable atmosphere (Democrat) who vcan be active and influential in the public opinion, which is no longer the preserve or isolated as before it has become and open space for all and for all.
