Abstract EN

This study provided legitimate methods for the prevention and treatment of international armed conflicts.

It is a call for countries, communities and international organizations worldwide to create a new culture in the international community in order to increase the political awareness of developments in international situations and the formation of public opinion to avoid negative reactions in general.

This study also introduced new means to the governor to help keeping the international peace and to avoid international disasters that may strike the complex international agenda, through unique methods and effective mechanisms that increase the international capacity to manage potential conflicts.

Creation of international centers to study the major points of conflict between different countries and communities could help in directing the international leaders to prevent some hotbeds of tension effectively before they arise.

Furthermore, such international centers are expected to be helpful in regulating the conflict points by introducing suggested solutions before reaching the main point of conflict
