This research aimed to examine the issue of seeking permissible issues that differ from one scholar to another.

Examples from the views of Imam Shatibi were presented because he was usually against allowing such issues.

It was found that the differences among grist’s are not deep as they all do not allow seeking odd views and rules.

Meanwhile, they accept the opinions that depend upon correct evidences.

Imam Shatibi was so firm in reusing permission tracking.
