Abstract EN

Waqf is one of the most important institutions in the Islamic religion.

Waqf has many dimensions, religious, social, economic, cultural and humanitarian.

This research aims to study the role of the institution of waqf in PME, The role of this paper is to show the role of Waqf and zakat’s funds in the financing of small and middle projects.

The problematic of the study is what can we do with the Waqf and zakat’s funds? How to use and oriented it to investment projects.

We used the descriptive and analysis methodology.

The importance of this study results in the importance of social investment through Waqf and Zakat funds.

We treated this problem for the aim of dynamic economy realization.

At the end of this study we came to a number of results such as the needs to invest Wakf and Zakat’s funds in different projects to reduce the employment and fighting misery.
