Therefore, the present study attempts to shed light on the degree of emotional intelligence and a sense of psychological security among teachers Faculty of Physical Education for Girls and their relationship The problem with search: that of Professor university vital role it serves as the backbone of the structure of university education, which is effective and the main element in the quality of their different goals of programs and educational activities, it represents many roles he sometimes breeders and teacher attic moral obligations and at other times is a researcher directs his studies to serve students and his role model, a model for university graduates is students on his hands, so the sense not to provide psychological security may affect the emotional intelligence.

Aim of the research: 1-The degree of emotional intelligence has teachers Faculty of Physical Education for Girls.

2- The degree of psychological sense of security among teachers Faculty of Physical Education for Girls.

3- The relationship between emotional intelligence and a sense of psychological security among teachers Faculty of Physical Education for Girls.

Used researchers descriptive approach where the research community of teachers Faculty of Physical Education for Girls and of their number (40) for the academic year 2014-2015, was used emotional intelligence of preparation (Ali Abdul Rahim Saleh, 2008) included the scale (36), paragraph, and the alternatives answer are (very large, large, medium, small, rare they apply to) The researchers concluded: that the level of emotional intelligence at a high sample members.
