Abstract EN

The problem of class management considered as one of the main issues in the college, because it has negative and positive effect on the process of teaching and learning, it effects on the performance of the teachers in class and spending much time for maintaining order in class and contributes directly to the improvement of class environment and reduce the misbehavior in class.

The appropriate class management is a key issue if teaching process, if the teacher cannot manage the class according to educational principles, this will lead to a delay in teaching and educating because a successful class management lead to a successful teaching.

The present study aims at to identify the problems of class management that university teachers face, the sample of the study consists of 40 teachers (male and female) distributed for four colleges (10 each), the present study uses Percentage, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, and Spearman-Brown Equation for achieving the validity and reliability of the items of the instrument, to achieve that Fisher - equation has been used.

The present study concludes that the problems the teachers face represented in educational and physical problems.

As well as the present study presents some recommendations, also it is important to issue a guide by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to explain the problems of class management and the best ways to deal with such problems, finally some suggestions for further studies about the physical and educational problems and establishing a guidance program that help the teachers in class
