This Research will examine the impact of personal variables and the university environment on the intellectual input provided by faculty members in Taif University Branches.

The research aims to identify the size of the intellectual input provided by the faculty member.

Researcher seeks to achieve the above objectives by trying to prove the following hypotheses: First, there is a statistically significant relationship between the intellectual contribute of the faculty at the University of Taif and personal Variables.
