Abstract EN

Conducting the millennium goals does not only allocate and protect human rights in the world but also it is needed for allocating the national as well as world security.

The community of poverty enormously encounters of the difficulties in the developed or rich countries, while the number of poverty is decreasing and the rate of people in joining schools is increasing, the safety of mothers, children and role of feminism are better in most parts of the world.

However, in some parts of the world, the situation seems to be different.

Fortunately ; Kurdistan Region has located in the half first part.

The purpose of this paper is to highlight how to practice the objectives in the Region.

The research reveals its goals and it contrasts between objectives of two different countries with exceptional of Iraq-one is developed country and the other is compared to the developing country.

The result of this research found that the Kurdistan Region has been able to get its goals but some of the achievements are still not adequate.

Despite of a number of limitations, the study suggests that the government should play a very significant role in attaining job vacancy for individuals in the Region.
