This paper comes, to stand out the role of Zakat al-Fitr in Malaysia's Society, and researcher will talk about Kuala Lumpur as case study.

Accordingly, researcher will explain the concept of Zakat al-Fitr in the meaning of language and in Islamic law, state the views of scholars in the output of Zakat al-Fitr; because the majority of scholars, May Allah mercy upon them, they found out the Zakat al -Fitr may pay from people living food and Imam Abu Hanifa,s idea and other scholars mercy of Allah upon them, it could pay by money "Value".

As this paper will try to show the wisdom of paying the Zakat al-Fitr after the greatest and heaviest worship by Muslims, (fasting of the month Ramadan), the role of Islamic Councils in Kuala Lumpur for this humble work; because of Malaysia, scholars are making their effort to collect Zakat begging of the month Ramadan, still the day of Eid Al-Fitr.

This paper will use the method of analytical and the comparison between the opinion of scholar's, and conducting interviews with some members of the Islamic communities in Kuala Lumpur, and workers in this field.
