Hafiz Ibn Kathir’s Method in Criticizing HISTORY A study on Ibn Kathir’s book AL-Bidayah wa’an Nihayah Section of the Prophet’s biography Al- Bidayah wa’an Nihayah “ The Beginning and The End”, of imam “Hafiz” Abn Alfida Imad Ad-Din Isma’il bin Kathir Al-Qurashi ALDemashqui)701-774 A.H/1300-1373a.d), was meant to be one of the most encyclobedic resources that bring together sciences varied from history, Hadith, Figh, Tafsir to biography.

The book B immensely devoted to the history as a science and the practical methods the writer invented to the history criticism.

Eventually, this study brings back “AL-bidayah wa’an Nihayah as a methodical and applicable thesis rather than-historical records, and to be entitled with : Hafiz Ibn Kathir’s Method in Criticizing History Section of the Prophet’s biography.
