Abstract EN

This study aims at detecting the degree of availability of human rights in Jordanian universities from the perspective of Jordanian Graduate students.

To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire is derived from The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) but modified in accordance to the nature of the Jordaninan universities.

The questionnaire consists of 26 paragraph.

After achieving validity and calculating reliability, the questionnaire is distributed to (364) students of both genders who study in three Jordanian Universities.

Appropriate Statistics are used accordingly.

The results show that the students have an average level of satisfaction when it comes to human rights at a rate of (63.5%).

The study concluds that there are not statistically significant differences due to gender, specialization (scientific, humanistic), and the year of study .

The study provided a set of recommendations in light of findings.
