Images play an essential role in the formation of our consciousness.

We understand the world through the language of form and image.

Thinking with images is linked to imagination, and imagination is associated with creativity and the ability to produce connotations.

The modern technology of communication has not only contributed to the evolution of the image, which has contributed to richness and diversity, but also to its impact.

Facebook images, in relation with the current “Arab revolutions” described as “Arab Spring”, evoke a number of questions that will revolutionize several approaches such as semiology and mediology.

From this point of view, the objective of this study is to raise questions about the power of facebook images as a form of expression to create new patterns of communication and meaning through : - Identifying the specificities of the image that is inserted and used in facebook, as a way of expression, has been seeing a continuous renewal .

- Illustrating the role of facebook images in an attempt to bring about change through the adoption of revolutionary discourse within different frameworks.

- Clarifying the ability of the image, as a way of communication and a form of expression, to expand the circle of interaction between users.
