Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the barriers to apply management by objectives in organization sports in Sudan, The researchers used the descriptive analytical method for this study, The sample consisted of (75) employees from the Ministry of youth and Sports and some sports institutions, Researchers used the questionnaire to collect data, and researchers used descriptive analytical method to analyze data by the statistical packages SPSS, and the study found the following results: - 1.

No opportunities for employees to express their goals.

2.

There are no organization's work plan for each official at the facility agreed with President everybody is committed to implementation.

3.

Adequate funding is not available to run the institution and program implementation.

4.

Sports Foundation goals are not clear and cannot be measured.
