Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the Difficulties of Participation in physical Education activities for girls according to three categories: Time - Activities - and Facilities.

The researchers applied the descriptive method and the questionnaire as a main source for data collection.

The sample was selected from secondary school students and covered female students in the high school in the Khartoum State.

Data was analysed using average, standard deviation, graphics and percentages to compare means.

The most important results include the following: 87 % of girls students don’t have time to participate.

While 68 .7 % female physical education teachers don’t have enough time.

65.9 % seeing that period time is not enough.

According to girls students desire in activities: 91 % of girls students prefer dance and technical exercises.

While 87 % of girls students prefer swimming and athletics.

And 85 % of girls students prefer collective games.

There was no knowledge and resources 10%- Safety and security 35% Lace and facilities 47%.

The most important recommendations include the following: Develop and support the school active sports by providing funds and human resources.

Sponsoring and discovering the talented girls students in sport.
