Scientific Hawza is not limited to books and scientific research in Jurisprudence and its fundamentals but crossed to authoring in other sciences that depend on the development of legal provisions such as: Hadeeth, history, biographies, philosophy, wisdom, astronomy, and mathematics, the school of Abu al-Qasim al-Khoei is considered as an extension of the school of Sheikh al- Tusi, and his Scientific distinct efforts had an impact to install the new renaissance among the Hawza in Najaf.

Al-Khoei was famous in jurisprudence, fundamentals and interpretation through his books in jurisprudence and fundamentals, and we can say that Al-Khoei, and through his theories in fundamentals, is considered among the most distinguished innovators in the science of fundamentals in our contemporary history, and his opinion matched with most of the scholars of the Imami doctrine in not prove the absolute jurisdiction of the jurist who has all the needed criteria, Al-Khoei did not refrain from expression of his opinion and his attitudes from many of the political events that have taken place both inside and outside of Iraq.
