Abstract AR
إذا كانت الامتيازات و الحصانات الدولية التي تمنح للموظفين الدوليين تتقرر لمصلحة المنظمة الدولية، و ليس من أجل تحقيق مصالحهم الخاصة، فإنه ينبغي على هؤلاء الموظفين الامتناع عن القيام بأي تصرفات تتنافى و الغرض الذي تم من أجله منحهم هذه الامتيازات و تلك الحصانات، و الكف عن القيام بما من شأنه أن ينطوي على تعسف ضار أو مساس بالمصالح العامة و الخاصة داخل الدولة التي يتواجدون بها، و إلا فإن الحصانات الممنوحة لهم لن تحميهم من التعرض إلى حجب هذه الحصانات عليهم بالرفع أو الإبعاد عن الدولة مقر المنظمة أو إلغاء اتفاقية هذه المزايا.
Abstract EN
The privileges and immunities granted for international employees are meant to preserve the interests of the international organization and not to achieve their own interests.
These employees have therefore to refrain from any actions contrary to the purpose for which they were given these privileges and immunities.
They must as well refrain from doing what would involve any harmful abuse or prejudice to the overall public and private interests within the state in which they are found.
Otherwise, the granted immunities would not protect them from withholding these immunities by their lifting or expulsion from the state headquartering the organization, or by cancelling the convention with its privileges.

Les privilèges et immunités accordés aux fonctionnaires internationaux sont destinés à préserver les intérêts de l'organisation internationale et non pas à servir leurs propres intérêts.
Ces fonctionnaires doivent donc s'abstenir de tout acte contraire à l'objet pour lequel ils ont reçu ces privilèges et immunités.
Ils doivent ainsi s'abstenir de faire tout ce qui impliquerait un abus préjudiciable ou porter préjudice aux intérêts généraux publics et privés à l'État dans lequel ils se trouvent.
Sinon, les immunités qui leurs sont accordées ne sauraient les protéger contre leur privation de ces immunités, par la levée ou l’expulsion de l’État, siège de l’organisation internationale, ou par l’annulation de la convention accordant ces privilèges.
