في ظل التوجهات العالمية الراهنة نحو المزيد من التحرير بو الانفتاح الاقتصادي ارتبطت قضايا تسريع و تحفيز التنمية ارتباطا مباشرا و وثيقا بإعادة تقويم دور القطاعين العام و الخاص في تحقيق التنمية.
فقد تزايد الاهتمام بالقطاع الخاص نظرا لما يتمتع به من مزايا و إمكانيات كبيرة تؤهله للقيام بدور ريادي في شتى المجالات الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية.
في هذا الإطار ظلت مساهمة القطاع الخاص في التنمية بالجزائر متدنية و لم تصل إلى المستوى المطلوب على الرغم من الاهتمام الذي حظي به من حيث الحوافز و التشريعات التي تنظم عمله.
من هنا تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور القطاع الخاص في التنمية و سبل تفعيل نشاطه و الوقوف على مدى مساهمته في تحقيق التنمية بالجزائر.
Abstract EN
Within the global trend towards economic liberalization, fostering development acceleration is being linked to the rehabilitation of the roles of public and private sectors.
The interest in the private sector is being increased regarding its advantages and capacities that allow this sector to play a key role in all fields.
In this regard, the contribution of the private sector in Algeria is still modest although the interest granted to this later.
This study aims to determine the role of the private sector in development, and how it contributes in the development in Algeria

Dans le cadre des tendances mondiales vers le libéralisme économique, les questions de stimulation de développement sont liées à la réévaluation du rôle des deux secteurs public et privé.
Ainsi l’intérêt pour le secteur privé s’est accru au vu de ses avantages et de ses capacités qui lui permettent de jouer un rôle de leader dans les domaines économique et sociaux.
Dans ce contexte, la contribution du secteur privé au développement en Algérie reste modeste malgré ses atouts.
De ce fait, cette étude vise à déterminer le rôle du secteur privé dans le développement et sa contribution en Algérie
