Abstract AR
تعد التنمية المستقلة ضرورة حتمية و مطلبا ملحا أمام الدول النامية و على رأسها الاقتصاد الجزائري للتخلص من التبعية الاقتصادية المفرطة للعالم الخارجي، و الحفاظ على نوع من الاستقلالية و السيادة في ظل تزايد تيارات العولمة.
و هذا رغم حكم بعض الاقتصاديين المسبق باستحالة تطبيق التنمية المستقلة في ظل العولمة لوجود صعوبات و عراقيل شتى.
يبقى هناك هامش من المناورة لإنجاحها في ظل توفر جملة من الشروط لتطبيقها طالما أن الاعتماد على الذات لا يعني الانعزال عن العالم الخارجي.
Abstract EN
The independent development is an imperative and urgent requirement for developing countries (especially for the Algerian economy), in order to get rid of an excessive economic dependency relative to the “outside world” and maintain a sense of independence and sovereignty in view of the increasing trends of globalization, despite some counter-arguments developed by some economists.
There remains, somehow, a margin of maneuver for success under the availability of some conditions to be applied in the context of globalization as long as self-reliance does not mean isolation from the outside world.

Le développement indépendant est considéré comme une exigence et une demande pressante devant les pays en voie de développement et en particulier l’économie algérienne, afin de se débarrasser de la dépendance économique excessive du monde extérieur et de maintenir une forme d’indépendance et de souveraineté dans le cadre d’une mondialisation croissante, en dépit des préjugés de certains économistes quant à l’impossibilité d’appliquer le développement autonome dans un contexte de mondialisation du fait de l’existence de nombreux obstacles et difficultés.
Il reste cependant une marge de manoeuvre pour réussir, pourvu que l’on dispose d’un ensemble de conditions pour son application, et tant que l’autonomie ne signifie pas l’isolement du monde extérieur.
