Being recent or up to date is one of the most important criteria in analyzing the content of the school syllabus، especially the books of Islamic Feqh.

This is because the content of these books should contain recent topics that help to relate the students to situations in daily life.

This research analyses the content of the book of Feqh for the third secondary class in the republic of Yemen in the light of recent Feqh's issues.

it aims at finding out the extent to which the taught syllabus contains recent Feqh issues.

Also it includes suggestions of some important Feqh issues which are adequate to the students' age and which can be included in this syllabus.

The researcher followed descriptive method in his analysis.

He tried to pin point the most important issues according to the students and the syllabus designers which can be included in this syllabus.

The analysis is carried out، interpreted and discussed in the light of these opinions and suggestions.

The analysis has led to some finding and recommendations.

One of the most important suggestions is to teach the recent Feqh's issues suggested and to sort these issues according to the nature of the topics and its adequacy to the level of students in order to facilitate learning them.

Moreover، new techniques and methods of teaching should be followed in introducing such recent topics to attract the students and make them aware of these new issues.

This syllabus also Ahould include some activities which are related to these topics and which improve the students' thinking skills.
