Abstract EN

The researcher traced the sublet of the stance towards the homeland in the Holy Quran and the purified Sunnah depending on the signs and the historical data, the interpretations and the conclusions der^ed from them.

He benefited from the Prophet's Biography since it is an introduction to the Islamic history which he is proud of.

He depended on the teachings of Islamic shaira and the views of the scholars and their reasoning and the study the views of the advanced scholars through history towards their homelands showing his opinions and he concluded that the Holy Quran and the purified Sunnah did not contain specific legislation in this point, but the sharia in general glorified the homeland in a number of its legislations even though they were not in the form of detailed rules.
