Abstract EN

There is a dialectical relationship between spatial arrangement and the social one which both of them focus on the aspects of physical and moral, and to rely or depend on the physical aspects away from the social aspects of the moral may cause and lead to the emergence of many social problems within those residential complexes such as the poor of social interaction and friction as well between the individuals themselves.

Therefore , when residential complexes are being planned , it's required to find patterns and different, various and renewable solutions that will cope with the nature of families and its own spatial and social requirements which are resulted as a social reaction to the behavior of the human towards the residential environment.

The problem of the research is concentrated in the absence of correlation between the spatial arrangement and the social one when the residential complexes are being planned as well as , because the weakness of the relationship between them.The research has determined and selected a key goal that concentrates on the increasing the interest in connecting the spatial arrangement and the social one passing through Cognitive regulation The Research , as well , has assumed main hypotheses , that is , whenever the connection and the activating of the relationship is executed between the Spatial -Social Charting " arrangement " the environment will be more suitable, more convenient ,comfortable and more attractive .

The Research has treated several basic definitions concepts that are related to the structure , the interaction , the communication and several social contact and focusing on theories that explain the couple arrangements .

The research , furthermore , has conformed on searching and selecting a theoretical assumptions through the field study which has been conducted in the Complex of al-Jihad in Baghdad , and to mention , as well , to the methods of collecting information and choose the type of the sample and analyze the results of the conducted research to be reached to the final conclusions and recommendation ,which helped the planner to find the most attractive place.
