Abstract EN

The homes of BaniHarithah are one of the historical landmarks of the Prophet’s Madinah, with which historical events were associated, and was mentioned in the Prophet’s Hadithes.

However, the historians’ statements differed in locating their homes in several statements.

This thesis reviews the these statements, discusses them, and mentions the Hadithes assisting in locating their homes, then, it outlines the weighted statement substantiated by proofs evidencing its likelihood.

Then, the thesis clarifies the consequential effect in specifying the Sacred Precinct of A1 Madinah in the light of His Hadith (M) "I see that you have gone out of the sanctuary," but looking around, he added, "No, you are inside the sanctuary".

This all will be preceded by a preamble mentioning the lineage of A1 Ansar and the ancestors of A1 Aws tribe on the whole, then the lineage of BaniHarithah and mentioning some of other famous men.

The thesis ends with a conclusion containing the most significant outcomes reached by the researcher, some recommendations, then the indexes.
