The Plagiarism, a negative phenomenon accompanied using Internet in education and research.

So this Study aimed defining Plagiarism, types, factors of its spread, dangerous, how to avoid it, explore plagiarism detected programs available on the Web, to determine characteristics; functions, techniques, difficulties of work, with using an applied one of these programs to monitor the spread of Plagiarism among postgraduates .

There are a lot of web-based plagiarism detection programs, these programs varied in access, techniques, languages supported, efficiency and accuracy, examination reports.

net) in discovery of Plagiarism in Arabic and English texts , And the many postgraduates committed the Plagiarism at very high rates, These rates dropped and completely disappeared at same students after receiving lessons in the foundations, ethics of scientific research , and methods of formulation of reference citations .
