Abstract EN

This study was conducted to find out the impact of the Future System (FS) for Library Management on job satisfaction among workers at Egyptian University Libraries Consortium (EULC) in light of a number of demographic and job variables.

Due to the analytical nature of this study, it has relied on the field Method, as well as measure of job satisfaction as the main tool for data collecting, that a job satisfaction measure has been designed in line with the work organization of FS under the umbrella of EULC, this measure has been distributed to a sample of workers on the system.

The study has proved that FS has had a positive impact on job satisfaction among workers on FS, that the percent of job satisfaction was 53.24 % versus 46.76 % represented job dissatisfaction.

In light of the findings, several recommendations has been suggested to achieve higher rates of job satisfaction for workers on FS.
