Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to identify the concept of online- arbitration and its role in the resolution of intellectual property disputes and the domain names for websites .

Through using descriptive analytical method to study the procedures and rules of online-arbitration to WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center (WAMC) .

The study concluded that the online-arbitration is the best method of electronic means for the resolution of intellectual property disputes as soon as possible and at the lowest cost.
