In this study, we are trying to raise awareness about the problematic crisis surrounding the Arabs and their progress and prevent their return to civilization, and to stop the practice of the role of the snob.

We have tried to stand on the most prominent views put forward by a group of thinkers for more than a century, to dismantle their ideas about the face of this problem, and the way out of it, despite the differences between them and contradiction about the dual heritage and contemporary.It revealed bilateral deficit thinkers to find a scientific formulation out of the predicament of civilization, and shield us from continuing to stumble and confusion in what we are today and this unfortunate.
