Abstract EN
This study provides on the analysis of the applications of the event communication, by the technologies of the information and communication.
The most recent are the sites of social networks by the journey of the Facebook page « Constantine capital of arab culture2015 ».that represents the largest cultural event of the city of Constantine and Algeria as much as an event communication unusual of the citizen.

Cette étude apporte sur l’analyse des applications de la communication événementielle par les technologies de l’information et de la communication les plus récents qui sont les sites des réseaux sociaux par le parcours de la page Facebook « Constantine capitale de la culture arabe 2015 » qui représente le plus grand événement culturel de la ville de Constantine et l’Algérie autant qu’une communication événementielle inhabituelle pour le citoyen.
