Nowadays, we are living in the knowledge based economy where the intangible assets represent one of the most actors of the success.

In such economy, countries, economies and enterprises are dealing with a very hard competition, and a lot of crisis; these kinds of crises need a very particular strategies and tools for a very successful management of the crisis.

In this paper, we dealt with the management of the crisis in the knowledge economy and we highlight the case of the financial crisis of 2007.
