The Islamic civilizational project has become anurgent necessity when Muslims and Arabs faced in recent years, with serious of challenges and the dangers that surrounded them; Globalization is one of these challenges.

This requires development of a genuine perception that derived from the universal concept of Islam & the this civilizational project will replace the project of globalized which come from the West.

It is trying to control the capabilities of Muslims over century and a half century after the proven of, failing to achieve the psychological security of society and the Divine society.

The Islamic society a new phase in the history, standing at a crossroads, and needs the cooperation of scholars and thinkers and decision-makers to perrrom their correct choice.
