Abstract EN

This study is concerned with the administrative knowledge in Quran, the way it is presented, and the methodology adopted.

Such a study is important to indicate that management is not a recent science where as it is mentioned in the Holy Quran 1430 years ago.

It is also important to connect the managerial behavior to the concept of worship in Islam, as we should study Quran to apply it.

This study concludes that Quran has adopted several ways regarding methodology of introducing the managerial knowledge: the descriptive, and analytical approach connecting reasons with endings or conclusion.

It also indicates the various approaches of introducing the managerial knowledge in Quran.

This includes direct guidance (do or do not) and indirect guidance such as stories, situations, examples that involve managerial aspects.

Finally, it assures the role of management in setting up the human beings life system according to God’s well, and also the priority of Quran in setting up the fundamentals of management as a science and in practice.

It demonstrates how ethics, comprehension, and integration are vital concepts in Quran`s management.

The researcher assures that management students should study Quran managerial concepts to apply them, and as a base for future research.
