Abstract EN

This study aims at measuring the level of transparency practices at females NGOs in Gaza Strip throughout field implementation on Aisha Association for Woman and Child Protection.

The researcher has adopted the descriptive approach in dealing with the phenomenon.

The study sample represented the association’s General Assembly, the Board of Directors and the Executive Management.

The researcher designed a special model assigned to collect the primary data and contains four axes that include 36 items.

The study came up with the following conclusions and recommendations: 1.

The percentage of the responses gave a positive indication of the level of transparency practices in the association in general.

Both of the maximum and minimum limits of confidence of the four axes ranged within the test T- Test as follows: The minimum limit of confidence was (3.73- 4.25) and the maximum limit of confidence was (4.20- 4.53) .

The data analysis showed that there are no statistically significant variables due to personal differences of the respondents (sex, relationship with the Association, educational achievement, the relationship’s duration with the association.

The researcher recommended that it is necessary to focus on the points of weaknesses and how to overcome them to maintain the points of strength to guarantee a high level of transparency practicing at all levels and activities in the association.
