Introduction: The study focus on concerning in moral education as the main target for educating the kindergarten children morality.

Yet, society's vision towards the mentally disabled children, capable of inclusion is still limited.

Hence, the researcher focuses on sympathy as a dimension of emotional intelligence with the mentally disabled children, capable of integration and inclusion.

Study Problem: What is the effectiveness of a multi interactive activity program for developing sympathy as a dimension of emotional intelligence among the mentally disabled kindergarten children capable of inclusion? Study Questions: Are there any significant statistical differences between average scores of the experimental and the control group children post application of the interactive divergent activities program on sympathy scale towards mentally disabled children?, are there any significant statistical differences between average scores of the experimental group children regarding the following up measurement post application of the interactive multi- activity program on scale of sympathy towards the mentally disabled children?, and are there any significant statistical differences between average scores of females and males regarding the post application of the proposed program? Study Method, Sample& Instruments: Researcher uses the quasi- experimental method.

The sample consists of 60 Male/ Female kindergartens divided into two groups, of mentally disabled children.

Results: There are significant statistical differences between average scores of the experimental and the control group children post- application of the interactive multi- activity program on scale of sympathy towards the mentally disabled children capable of inclusion, in favor of the experimental group, There are no significant statistical differences between average scores of children regarding the post/following up measurement post application of the interactive multi- activity program on scale of sympathy towards the mentally disabled children.

There are no significant statistical differences between average scores of males and females regarding the post application of the interactive divergent activities scale.
