Abstract EN

Problem: Crystallized the problem of the study in an attempt to identify the level of job satisfaction for those in charge to communicate the news websites.

Objectives: Level of job satisfaction for those in charge to communicate the news websites, Nature of the relationship- based contact with his colleagues and his superiors in the news websites, Impact of the editorial policy of the news sites based on contact, and Pressures faced by contacting based on news websites.

Questions: What level of job satisfaction for those in charge to communicate the news websites, What the nature of the relationship- based contact with his colleagues and his superiors in the news websites, What effect the editorial policy of the news sites based on contact, and what the pressures and obstacles faced by contacting based on news websites.

Sample: The total respondents 143 single, and was distributed as follows: 28 Single alternative site, the portal News 16 single, the site of 25 single on the seventh day, the site of the Egyptian Single day 21, the site of the delegation electronic gate 29 single, 24 single site Elmasry Elyoum.

Tool: This study is based on a newspaper survey to collect data on factors influencing job satisfaction Results: The results of the study to the high level of job satisfaction for 58% those in charge to communicate the news websites, having difficulties, in addition to the lack of salary rates communicators in news websites 56.6%, The results showed that more factors that affect the deployment of media content is the commitment to the policy of the site 43.4%, and reconsider the product media, whether by deletion or addition, or by introducing specific topics 29.4%.
