The authority to take action on collective security in accordance with Article 42 of the UN Charter is one of the most serious authorities given to the Security Council under the Charter of the United Nations.

In the same way, the UN Charter gives the Security Council that authority as provided for in Article 42.

These must be based on the adaptation and determination pursuant to Article 39 of the UN Charter.

The Security Council should not take any action relating to collective security, unless it determines a given case as a threat or breach of the peace or act of aggression.

The United Nations Charter lays down detailed mechanisms to implement this resolution in accordance with the spirit of article 43, which requires member states of the United Nation to prepare the necessary forces to implement its resolutions.

This must be done within the framework of agreements between the Council and the member state.

However, this has not been done since the Council uses the authority of the member states and use of power through regional organizations.

The purpose of this study, which aims to investigate the legitimacy of the new international practice of the Security Council, includes the license stipulates the use of force between the provisions of the Charter and the relevant legal standards, compared to Practice international.
