على مستوى هذا العمل سيتم نظريا استثمار الكثير مما جاءت به الإسهامات السوسيو — انحرافية المهتمة بقضايا الانحراف في المجتمع.
و هذا بهدف محاولة دراسة العود إلى الانحراف كظاهرة سوسيولوحية تعد مشكلة اجتماعية تستدعي تظافر الجهود للتخفيف من حدة انتشارها في المجتمع الجزائري.
من جملة النتائج الأساسية التي تم التوصل إليها في هذا العمل هناك : إن طرح علماء الاجتماع يضم العديد من المنظورات التفسيرية المتنوعة و المختلفة إلى درجة الخلاف السوسيولوجي في تناولها.
بالإضافة لما تقدم، تعد محاولة قراءة الظواهر الانحرافية كالعود الانحرافي على مستوى المجتمع الجزائري محاولة يعترضها الكثير من الصعوبات العلمية.
Abstract EN
The current work is an investment in theoretical contributions interested by deviance in society.
This is in order to try to study recidivism as a social problem from a sociological point of view, which requires concerted efforts to mitigate its spread in Algerian society .Among the main conclusions that have been emerged in this work: the sociological contributions contain many different points of view and different explanations to controversy.
In addition, study the phenomena of deviance including recidivism in Algerian society; considers as an attempt which opposes many scientific difficulties.

Le travail actuel est un investissement dans les contributions théoriques intéressées par la déviance dans la société.
Ceci est dans le but d'essayer d'étudier le récidivisme comme problème social du point de vue sociologique, qui exige des efforts concertés pour atténuer sa propagation dans la société algérienne .Parmi les principales conclusions qui ont été ressorties dans ce travail : les contributions sociologiques contiennent de nombreux points de vue explicatifs divers et différents jusqu’au controverse.
En plus, étudier les phénomènes de la déviance y compris le récidivisme dans la société algérienne ; se considère comme une tentative qui s’oppose à beaucoup de difficultés scientifiques.
