Abstract EN

The intellectual plays an influential role in constructing society and strengthen its foundations.

He/She is the engine of history .

His/her contributions are not limited to a certain age, but covered all time.

Intellectuals represent cultural, intellectual and scientific catego ry.

They contribute to the social change, scientific development and the progress of society, and play a prominent role in structuring a national and a social culture which embraces all the components that contribute in facing the requirements of the age and at the same time interact with it without subordination and without a cutout, what gives value to its historical and development role, because the challenges that society is facing are great and making attention to the intellectuals helps to fill the gap of underdevelopment.

Intellectuals are the only category that can maximize their role which is stems from the national presence, as they won’t do what is expected from them without social consciousness and come to terms with themselves and with their present and look towards the future , embraces reason and conscious , frame individual and group behavior , characterized by rationality and in conformity with the local cultural diversity and newcomers, in order to have a role for the Arab intellectual in general and the Algerian ones to assume their responsibilities and perform their duties.

It is the responsibility of the society to strengthen this role, to be able to adopt a realistic and future strategy which helps in building sophisticated and advanced society in which Algerian could live an adapted, compatible and optimistic life, makes Algeria in the way of continuous prosperity.
