The effectiveness of media training in building personal information on a sample survey of Arab journalists in the period from January 2012 - June 2012 The researcher Followed researcher descriptive analytical method as awhile way which depends on a compilation of facts and information collected and analyzed and interpreted to reach an acceptable generalizations.

The researcher used the descriptive method using the survey method, survey methods target practice for workers in the field of training the Arab media.

The research community includes a sample of workers in the Arab media and their opinions about policies and services, media training institutions, and whether such training centers have succeeded in refining their expertise and skills.
