تقدير بعض الثوابت الوراثية و درجة التوريث لصفات التبكير و غلة البذور في هجينين من فول الصويا

Abstract EN

The present study was undertaken at the first of May Station in (G.C.S.A.R) Damascus, Syria, during 2011 and 2012 seasons, to estimate the gene action, heritability, genotypic and phenotypic coefficient variation of five population seeds of two single crosses.

The crosses were grown in a randomized complete block design with three replications in order to evaluate number of days to flowering, number of days to initiation of first pod, number of days to physiological maturity, number of days to full maturity and seed yield traits.

Mean square results showed significant differences among mean values of the five populations for all studied traits in all crosses.

The cross Sb235 x Sb298 achieves high heritability of broad and narrow sense (92Z and 46^) for number of days to physiological maturity, and seed yield have high value of phenotypic and genotypic variations in cross Sbl81 x Sb235 (15.29 andl2.80) while the high value of genetic advance expectant in selection was 10.08^.

In most traits epistasis or dominance gene action occupied the first rank to the genetic effects in order of importance according to cross and that show the importance of selection in late generations to improve this traits and that is indicated by high value of heritability, low to moderate genetic advance in two crosses.
