This study aimed at learning the effective guiding skills of the competent psychological in the school climate for ADHD students and the study's hypothesis are: - There are significant differences between student guides in the guiding skills and the main competencies that are required in the expert or non expert student guide for the expert student guide.

- There are significant differences between student guides in the guiding skills and precise efficiencies that are required in the expert or non expert student guide for the expert student guide.

- There are significant differences between student guides in the guiding skills and the main competencies that are required in the qualified or unqualified student guide for the qualified student guide in how to deal with the ADHD students.

- There are significant differences between student guides in the guiding skills and precise efficiencies that are required in the qualified or unqualified student guide for the qualified student guide in how to deal with the ADHD students.

- There are significant differences between student guides in the guiding skills and the main competencies that are required in the student guide who has the experience or who doesn't have the experience for the student guide who has the experience.

- There are significant differences between student guides in the guiding skills and precise efficiencies that are required in the student guide who has the experience or who doesn't have the experience for the student guide who has the experience.

The study community consists of all the guides who are registered in the education public administration's registers in Najran city until October 2015.

The questionnaire was distributed in the study community ,but who pay attention for this study were (130 guide ) ( 92 male guide , 38 female guide ) so they were considered as the study sample .

The study sample was chosen by an intentional way and that was because they cooperated with the researcher .

The statistical analysis was made on 130 questionnaire.

The researcher uses descriptive and comparative approach and this during the researcher preparation of the questionnaire and the results are: 1- The student guide has no guiding skills and no main competencies and that because the counselor suffers from the insignificance of treatment programs that he needs in solving problems.

2-The variables' influence (diploma, specialization, experience) on determining the most important sufficiencies that have to be guaranteed to the psychologist (student guide) : - Diploma has an influence on the sufficiencies that have to be guaranteed to the student guide.

- Specialization has no influence on the sufficiencies that have to be guaranteed to the student guide.

- Experience has an influence on the sufficiencies that have to be guaranteed to the student guide.

3- The financial possibilities inside school and management school's cooperation were found but most of the guides were teachers.

Most of them went toward guidance to get rid of teaching burden,written preparation and the increasing of sessions' numbers, especially the old ones who don't have any standardized metrics or diagnostic bags that they can use with the students.

can't identify the ADHD students because most of them don't know 4- measures that have to be taken with those students and they send them to the extension services unit.
