This studies try to focus the topic of children education, It the attention of educators, academics, whether through actually living (home, school, street, and cultural institutions incubated him) or what the media shows from the children suffered.

And the problem that has strongly Islamic nation can play without being concerned with is the rights of children.

Then did our educators realize these rights? Initially, I was impressed with the Western model in child rearing and preparing it for life for his rights not enjoyed by his counterpart in the Islamic world and the third world, but fascinated I soon hovered around doubts because of the suffering child West of congenital aberration because of the freedom they enjoyed as an absolute right.

From this fact,I asked this important question:Does Islam came with all the rights of the child?
