English Abstract

Productive units seek to achieve high rates in production and productivity.

Kid's garments factory in Mosul is regarded one of these units, which experienced an abnormal conditions affected its production and productivity.

These abnormal conditions are represented by the economic blockade on Iraq during 1990s, and the first decade of this century.

All these conditions led to a decrease in productivity in the period of the study which was from 1993 to 2012.

The importance of the study is represented by measuring the productivity for, labor, wages, and capital by current prices then by fixed prices.

In order to exclude inflationism effects on these variables.

The deficit in the balance sheet of the factory during the period of the study are represented by the increase of cost's values, which are higher than production values, which reflected in a big gab as well as to the reserved trend due to the increased wages and its effect on production and productivity.

The research aims to study and measure the productivity values for (labor, capital, and wage) in the factory setting out from the hypothesis that productivity rates are negatively affected during the years followed the occupation based on the correlation between theoretical studies from the quantities side in computing the productivity values.
