Study Objectives: 1- Introducing the instructions of the Islamic pedagogy in dealing with the sinner to educationists, teachers, and reformers.

2- Opening communication channels with the sinner when he commits a sin, as to achieve the rehabilitation of his behavior and correction of his mistake.

3- This study is useful in introducing the sinner's privacy to the educationists, appreciating his human dignity, and admitting his rights even if he is a sinner.

And in order to achieve this, the researcher has used the method of deduction.

The study comes in three chapters as follows: Chapter One: Abstract, which consists of: introduction, the subject matter of the thesis, thesis questions, thesis importance, thesis methodology, thesis terminology, thesis limitations, and a view of literature.

Chapter Two: Some Pedagogical Instructions in Dealing with the Sinner.

Chapter Three: Conclusion and Recommendations.

The most important results that this study has reached are: 1- Prophet Mohammad's Sunnah (Peace and Blessing Be Upon him) has taken a step a head before any other modern pedagogical theory in introducing educational methods that suit the human psyche features to deal with the sinner.

2- Islamic pedagogy, in dealing with the sinner, benchmarks against the acknowledgment of his human dignity, respecting his privacy, and working on containing him in order to rehabilitate his behavior.

3- In dealing with the sinner, Islamic pedagogy is characterized by justice and neutrality, as it is characterized by flexibility in offering alternatives and choices when dealing with him once he makes a mistake.

In the light of the results that this study has reached, the researcher recommends what follows: 1- Priority should be given to the concentration on treating mistakes via pedagogical methods prior to the punishment.

2- Issuing a pedagogical guide to reformer and teachers that deals with all pedagogical instructions in treating the mistakes prior to punishment phase.

3- Holding training sessions and development programs in the methods of dealing with the sinner away from punishment.

4- Establishing educational faculties which are concerned with preparing and training teachers during their study on the pedagogical instructions in dealing with the sinner
