Abstract EN

Islamic Sukuk’s market have been grew rapidly in unprecedented manner in the wake of the current global financial crisis, with increased contributions of countries and various government agencies, especially central banks of many muslim countries, by offering such financial instruments, because of their immunity against crises and resilience during the successive crashes of capitalistic economies and particularly western economies, forcing them to take advantage of Islamic sukuk in treatment of affected corporations, especially as they are stable and have a high ability to absorb liquidity and giving financial markets elasticity in exchange, which will be reflected positively on the higher levels of optimal allocation of financial resources.

Islamic Sukuk are the most important source of Islamic funding used in collecting liquidity, mitigating risk, stabilizing and securing financial markets, which is lost in the traditional usurious funding sources.
