Abstract EN

Asymmetric Information reflects the lack of information among financial institutions which negatively affects their decisions about the institution that is supposed to have more information about its financial status and future strategy than financial institutions.

With regard to financing by contribution on to the capital, asymmetric information leads to an increase in transaction costs and control in order to compensate for the lack of information.

However, finance institutions through borrowing are affected by the moral hazard, the adverse selection problems and the credit rationing.
