Abstract EN

This paper discusses the political culture in the Arab Gulf states.

At the beginning it highlights briefly the concept of political culture as a political term.

It then lists the patterns and forms of political culture according to a specific scientific classification mentioned in the paper.

It is important، of course، to discuss the political system structures in the Arab Gulf states، and the factors that contributed to configure them in the current form.

Moreover، there is a need to highlight the features of political systems in the Gulf Arab states and also the way of dealing with the community and traditional methods pursued in dealing with public administration of the state and society.

The paper also discusses the ideological، cultural، social and economic factors that produced the political culture of the society in the Arab Gulf states، and focuses on their role in the formation of the political community culture
