Abstract EN

This study aims to introduce criteria that can measure performance and quality of narration connections in the novel .

The study explores the subject through three dimensions: the first is an introduction contains the statement of the problem, objectives, and descriptive analytical for hermeneutic roots, (that is considered the base of narrative theory).

The second dimension includes an induction and highlights the conventionality concepts of narratology connotations .

The third dimension includes the six criteria (standards) for measuring the narrative , and also it clarifies the indicators in terms of theory, and application .

The results show that these can be considered as a tool in literary criticism through which the novel can be assessed.
